Who I Work With

You might be in the right place if…

My practice is built around populations I know deeply — from years of clinical work, research, and lived attention to what actually helps.

Women

Navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, major transitions, or the weight of doing everything at once.

Perinatal & Postpartum

Pregnancy, fertility, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.

Adolescents & Young Adults

Teens and emerging adults dealing with anxiety, school stress, social challenges, and figuring out who they are.

Neurodiverse Individuals

Adults and adolescents with ADHD, autism spectrum, or learning differences who want support that actually fits their brain.

About Jordan

A clinician who has been in the room, and in the research

I built this practice so that scientific rigor and genuine human attention could live in the same room.

I've spent over a decade doing clinical work across residential programs, outpatient clinics, and a VA women's health clinic, while building a research career studying how our social lives shape the way we make decisions. That combination, deep clinical experience and a rigorous scientific foundation, is what I bring into every session.

My Approach

No two people, no two plans

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to the person in front of me.

Evidence-Based

I use approaches with strong research support — CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based methods — and I know how to apply them flexibly rather than rigidly.

Collaborative

Therapy works best when we're working together toward goals that actually matter to you. You set the direction. I help you get there more efficiently than you could alone.

Science-Informed

My background in behavioral neuroscience means I understand what's happening beneath the surface — in the brain and the body — not just the presenting symptoms.
